Quote $1,000: the homeowner pays a $50 deposit through NOHM, held on your behalf and credited toward the quote, and pays you the remaining $950 under your payment terms. NOHM’s $50 service fee is deducted from the funds collected for you. You see the customer price, NOHM’s fee and your payout before you submit.
