No. NOHM adds no surcharge: the price is the same whether you pay in full or over time. Affirm shows your terms before you accept.
Who decides if I’m approved?
Affirm, on its own secure page. NOHM and your pro never see your credit information.
What can I finance?
Eligible NOHM projects, including Three Quotes replacements. Availability depends on the amount and the pro.
How does it work with Three Quotes?
When you pay over time, NOHM collects the full project price through Affirm at checkout. There’s no separate 5% deposit.
Can my contractor offer other financing?
Some contractors offer their own financing outside the NOHM network. That is a separate agreement between you and the contractor. NOHM financing is offered through Affirm at checkout in the NOHM app.
What if my job is canceled or the price changes?
Refunds and changes go back through Affirm. A price only changes if you approve it, so you’re never charged for work you didn’t approve.
