What’s the difference between Standard, Express and NOHM NOW?
Standard has no NOHM fee: a local pro comes in a day or two. Express gets a pro there the same day for one flat NOHM fee. NOHM NOW puts a pro at your door within 60 minutes of accepting your job, or the NOHM NOW fee is waived.
Is NOHM in my area?
NOHM is available wherever local pros have joined, and it grows as more pros sign on. Open the app to see who’s near you.
Does NOHM cost anything?
No. NOHM is free to download and free to use with Standard. You only pay a NOHM fee if you choose Express or NOHM NOW. You always pay the pro for their work.
Who shows up for NOHM NOW?
A local pro who chose Ready Now. They go live for four hours, ready to leave the moment a job comes in.
When does the 60-minute clock start?
When the pro accepts your job. You can watch the countdown in the app.
Is the repair free if NOHM NOW runs late?
No. Only the NOHM NOW fee is waived. You still pay the pro for diagnostics, labor, parts and repairs.
Will I know the price first?
Yes. Every pro explains the price before work begins and gets your approval before doing anything extra.
How long does launch pricing last?
Until NOHM reaches 1,000 activated homeowner accounts. Then fees return to the regular price.
What about bigger jobs, like a new AC or water heater?
Use Three Quotes. Show the job once with a few photos and a short video, and up to three verified local pros quote it side by side. The price you see is your total. When you choose a pro, you pay a 5% deposit through NOHM that is credited toward it. On eligible projects you can pay over time with Affirm instead. How Three Quotes works
What if something goes wrong?
