NOHM uses Certn for identity, credit and criminal screening. If your landlord asks for a NOHM Income Check, Plaid securely connects to your bank to verify income from settled deposits. Mark it urgent and it goes straight to your landlord. If there’s fire, flooding, a gas smell or anyone is in danger, call 911 first.
